One AI credit has a public value of Rp1,000. Your balance combines regular plan credits and add-on credits, but the Billing page shows both sources separately.
Credit order
AI Blueprint always uses regular plan credits first. If the regular balance is empty or insufficient, it uses the required remainder from add-on credits.
Internal retries, fallbacks, and repairs are not separate customer actions and are not billed separately. A run that publishes nothing is refunded automatically.
Plans and top-ups
Top-up credits have no time-based expiry while your account remains active. They end when the account is permanently deleted. Read the public Retention Policy for the complete dormant-account and deletion terms.
Midtrans transaction fee
Each checkout adds the applicable Midtrans transaction fee to the amount paid by the customer. The current Virtual Account or bank-transfer fee shown by AI Blueprint is Rp4,000 per transaction. The checkout total is authoritative for the selected payment method.
Do not close a payment tab until Midtrans shows a final state. If payment succeeds but credits do not appear after a reasonable refresh, keep the order reference and open Support. Do not pay the same order twice.
Payment and credit history
Billing shows successful payments, invoice references, credit grants, top-ups, debits, and refunds. You can filter credit history by date and export it as CSV.
