The two approval moments

  1. Idea Review / VPC Sign Approve locks the Smart Requirement Summary and validated product context. This action automatically starts document generation.
  2. Sign Approve Blueprint records your acceptance of the complete current document set. It becomes available after generation finishes, all 10 current document cards are Reviewed, and no repair or blocker prevents approval.
Opening a current document changes its review state from Not yet reviewed to Reviewed. This is not a signature. While generation is active, document cards show a spinner and Project Health shows Generating. The Project ZIP remains locked until the current Blueprint has global approval. Regeneration, restore, or a new document version can require review and Sign Approve Blueprint again.
